Federal Reserve discloses written agreements with two Treynor, Iowa, holding companies

The Federal Reserve Board said it entered into written agreements dated July 6, 2026, with TS Banking Group, Inc. and TS Contrarian Bancshares, Inc., both of Treynor, Iowa.

The Federal Reserve Board announced on July 9, 2026, that it had entered into enforcement actions with two affiliated bank holding companies, TS Banking Group, Inc. and TS Contrarian Bancshares, Inc., both based in Treynor, Iowa.

According to the announcement, the actions take the form of written agreements, the supervisory instrument the Federal Reserve uses to record commitments agreed with a supervised institution. Both agreements are dated July 6, 2026, three days before the disclosure, which the Board released at 11 a.m. Eastern time.

The Board’s announcement names the two companies, their shared location in Treynor and the form and date of the agreements. It does not set out further particulars of the arrangements in the material released.
